Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A., and perused material on record.
This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 31.01.2020 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case No. 01421 of 2019 (Mainuddin Vs. State) under Section 6 of U.P. Controls of Goondas Act, whereby appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed confirming the order externment order dated 18.09.2018 passed by Additional District Magistrate (City), District Varanasi in Case No. 0382 of 2019, Computerised Case No.C20191400000382 of 20189 ( State Vs. Mainuddin) under Section 3 of the Goondas Act, Policec Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the impugned orders, this Court is of the opinion that learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any legal infirmity in the impugned orders, which may call for any interference by this Court in exercise of powers conferred under writ jurisdiction.
The prayer for quashing the impugned orders is refused.
The petition stands dismissed.
