Since the investigation has already concluded in Case Crime No. 232 of 2021, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station - Pipri, District - Kaushambi and chargesheet has already been submitted on 20.10.2021, as such, this writ petition filed by the sister of the accused need not be entertained, particularly as the accused otherwise has no right to intervene at this stage of the proceedings.
The writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
