Heard Shri Aditya Prakash Sharma, learned counsel for petitioners and Shri Ganesh Gupta, learned Brief Holder for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners- Smt. Seema and Mohan Lal , seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 28.08.2021 registered as F.I.R. No.413 of 2021, under Sections 342, 306, 506, 309 I.P.C. and Sections 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Gosainganj, District Lucknow with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R.
Learned Brief Holder, on the basis of instructions received by him, states that the investigation of the present case has been concluded and charge-sheet has been sent to the competent Court on 15.06.2022, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
