This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to harass and curtail the personal liberty of the petitioner in connection with First Information Report dated 09.04.2018 lodged at Case Crime No. 55/2018, under Sections 457/380 Indian Penal Code, Police Station Khargupur, District Gonda.
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous . Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner(s) to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
