The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 04.04.2018, registered as Case Crime No.0603 of 2018, under Sections 323, 325, 352, 504 IPC and Section 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions stated that chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter on 29.10.2018, as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to apply for bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
