This petition has been filed with a prayer to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil, Lalganj, District Azamgarh to execute its order dated 2.7.2022 passed in Case No. 2384 of 2020 (Janakdhari Vs. Rajnath), under section 133 Cr.P.C. within a stipulated period.
Considering the fact that the learned Magistrate concerned has passed the order dated 2.7.2022 but the same has not been executed till date, therefore without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Magistrate concerned to execute the aforesaid order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
