This writ petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to take immediate action against the accused persons in Case Crime No. 287 of 2017 under sections 452, 376, 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Mohammadi, District Lakhimpur within stipulated period.
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous . Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
