The instant petition seeks quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 10.06.2021, registered as Case Crime No. 0361 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Handiya, District - Prayagraj/Allahabad.
The allegations made in the First Information Report clearly disclose commission of cognizable offences and the allegations are serious in nature, therefore, prayer of the petitioners to quash the First Information Report is completely misconceived and is rejected.
The writ petition is therefore without merit and is dismissed.
