Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no.94 of 2019, under Sections 153-A(2), 505(2) IPC and 125 Representative of People Act, 1950, 1951 & 1989, Police Station- Khajuriya, District Rampur.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the charge sheet has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
