Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 16.6.2022 being Case Crime No.149 of 2022 under Sections 354 Ka, 506 IPC ad Section 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S. Meerapur, Distt. Muzaffar Nagar.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted on 24.8.2022 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
