Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 05.05.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 147 of 2022, under Sections 323, 498-A, 494, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Phoolpur, District-Prayagraj, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
