This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.07.2022, registered as Case Crime No. 198 of 2022, under sections 147, 447, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Linepar, District Firozabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
