As per the office report dated 19.07.2022, the report of C.J.M., Shahjahanpur has been received stating therein that the sole appellant Mehrab has died around 30 years back. The said report has been sent after due verification.
This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant Mehrab has died around 30 years back.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
