As per office report dated 3.11.2022, report of the C.J.M., Hamirpur dated 02.11.2022 has been received regarding death of sole appellant- Jwala Singh .
This appeal was filed against the judgment and order dated 22.11.1994 passed by Special Judge (D.A.A. Act), Hamirpur in Special Case No. 161 of 1992 (State vs. Veer Singh and others), under Section 387 I.P.C., Police Station Sumarpur, District Hamirpur, whereby the appellant was directed to deposit the surety amount under Section 446 Cr.P.C. and in default a recovery warrant was sent to the Collector.
Since the sole appellant Jwala Singh is reported to be dead, the appeal stands abated.
