Perused the report dated 17.02.2022 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad, which is the death verification report of appellant- Anand s/o Raghunath Tyagi resident of village Basantpur Sainthali, P.S. Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad.
It has been reported that the appellant- Anand had died on 20.12.2020 and the verification of death has been made both from his family members and the complainant- Pankaj Tyagi s/o Rajbeer Tyagi.
The death report of C.J.M., Ghaziabad dated 17.02.2022 being in compliance of circular letter No. 15/2005, VIII-119 April 19, 2005 and 04/Admin G-II dated Allahabad 18.01.2017 is, hereby, accepted.
The appeal is dismissed as abated .
