Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present criminal appeal has been filed by the appellant against the cognizance order dated 19.11.2021 passed by Special Judge S.C./S.T. Act (PA) Fatehpur in Special Trial No. 914 of 2021, under Sections 323/504/506 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(VA), and 3(1)da, 3(1) Gha of S.C./S.T. Act, Case Crime No. 170 of 2021, Police Station-Khakhraru, District Fatehpur.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that present appeal may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021" to which learned A.G.A. has no objection.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to this innocuous prayer of learned counsel for the appellant.

Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the present appeal is disposed of permitting the appellant to surrender before the trial court within three weeks from today and file bail application, which may be decided expeditiously by the learned trial court in view of law laid down by the Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
