Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.1.2022, a report has been called for regarding living status of the sole appellant namely Lali Ji.
Pursuant to the aforesaid, an office report dated 07.02.2022 mentioning about the report forwarded by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur dated 07.02.2022, which is on the record. In the said report, it has been stated that sole appellant namely Lal Ji died on 08.05.2021 annexing therewith statements of his wife and son namely Vibha Dwivedi and Manish Dwivedi respectively, certificate of concerned Gram Pradhan, report of concerned Police Station as well as Death Certificate issued by Registrar (Birth & Death), Nagar Palika Parishad, Bela, Pratapgarh.
Considering the office report dated 07.02.2022 & report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sutlanpur dated 07.02.2022, the present appeal is dismissed as abated.
