In compliance of order dated 03.03.2021, passed in Criminal Appeal No. 5361 of 2003 (Pankaj Rai and another vs. State of U.P.) , the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun, has submitted its report dated 12.04.2021 stating therein that sole appellant Raman Pal @ Ramney has died.
Office has also submitted its report dated 13.01.2022 to the same effect.
As sole appellant has died, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
Registry is directed to transmit this order to the complainant/informant through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun.
