As per the office report dated 16.07.2022, report of C.J.M., Kanpur Dehat has been received stating therein that the appellant Vishambhar Nath has died. The said report has been sent after due verification.
This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant Vishambhar Nath has died around ten years back.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
