Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.
The present revision has been filed against the order dated 03.10.2008 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Saharanpur in Original Suit No.561 of 2006.
The order impugned dated 03.10.2008 reveals that the Court below has given cogent reason for rejecting the the application of the revisionist/applicant for recalling the order dated 28.02.2008 passed on application 6C(2) by which the Court has directed to maintain status-quo .
I have perused the order passed passed by the Court below. The trial Court has given cogent reason for rejecting the application 6C (2) by placing reliance upon the judgement of this Court reported in 2007 (5) ALJ 74 . In such view of the fact, the trial Court has not committed any jurisdictional error in passing the impugned order.
The revision lacks merit. It is, accordingly, dismissed .
