Sanjay Kumar, District Magistrate, has appeared through video conferencing before the Court from the Office of the Chief Standing Counsel, High Court, Allahabad. Mr. K.R. Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel appears on his behalf. It is stated before the Court that the petitioner's representation, in compliance with the order dated 18.1.2021 passed in Writ-C No. 27250 of 2020, has been decided vide order dated 21.1.2022, that is, by an order of date.
A copy of the said order shall be served upon the petitioner through registered post within 24 hours on the address shown in the cause title of the petition.
In view of the aforesaid development, no further action is required to be taken in the contempt application. It is consigned to record.
