Sri R.K. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel states that order of the writ Court dated 02.07.2021 has been complied with as the third A.C.P. benefits has been granted w.e.f. 01.12.2008. The order has been brought on record as Annexure No.1 to the affidavit of compliance.
In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been complied with, the contempt application is rendered infructuous.
