Shri Dinesh Kumar Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Shri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant requested for adjournment of the case.
As it is evident from the order-sheet that the case was listed first time on 25.02.2021 and no one had put in appearance as the case was taken up in the revised list, and thereafter, similar situation was also found on 05.03.2021. On 29.06.2021 and 13.10.2022, on the request of leaned counsel for the applicant, case was adjourned. It is also evident that applicants are reluctant to pursue the case.
Considering the contents of order-sheet, the prayer of learned counsel for the applicant is hereby rejected and contempt application is dismissed , accordingly.
