Copy of the instructions, dated 02.11.222 provided by Shri Mohit Jouhari, learned Standing Counsel is taken on record.
Considering the submission of Shri Mohit Jouhari, learned counsel for the opposite party and going through the order dated 12.10.2022, it is evident that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with. Hence, the contempt petition has thus lost its efficacy.
