The present bail cancellation application has been filed for cancelling the bail granted to opposite party no.2 by the trial court in Case Crime No.105 of 2020, under Sections 363, 366, 376D (A), 323, 506 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Sikandrarau, District Hathras.
No ground for cancellation of bail is made out.
The present bail cancellation application is misconceived and the same is hereby rejected .
