Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that accusedapplicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is submitted that the FIR in issue was lodged against Amit Diwakar and Jitendra and allegations made therein are that they enticed away the daughters of the informant on 11.01.2022. Subsequently, on 16.01.2022, the statements of victim(s) were recorded. As per the statements of the victim(s) they on her own volition went with the applicant and thereafter, came to house of her parent and during this period, the victim(s) were with the applicant at Prayagraj, Citrakoot, Banda, Agra, Jaipur and Jodhpur. However, the recovery of victim(s) has been shown from Manauri Bazar, District Kaushambi, which is 5 Km. away from the house of the victim(s). At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on a conjoint reading of the FIR and the statements of the victim(s) would show that in fact the victims were having love affair with the persons named in the FIR and just to save them the victim(s) took the name of the applicant. In fact, the applicant is not involved in the crime.
