Heard Sri Ram Bilas Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Srijan Mehrotra, learned counsel for the informant.
Learned A.G.A. was granted time to obtain instructions whether the applicant has surrendered before the court below or not as per the order dated 07.04.2022.
By the order dated 08.11.2021, earlier learned counsel for the applicant was directed to file document showing that the applicant has surrendered by filing supplementary affidavit.
The aforesaid orders have not been complied.
Sri Ram Bilas Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement that the applicant was enlarged on interim bail by the Sessions Court during the period of spread of coronavirus. Thereafter, he is not responding to his counsel. He has submitted that he has no instructions from the applicant in this case.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed for want of instructions.
