Sri Niklank Kumar Jain, learned counsel for the applicant has made a submission that the present bail application which has been filed by his client Akeel for enlarging him on bail in connection with Case Crime No 545/2014 under section 18/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Jalesar, District Etah be dismissed as withdrawn as he has received instructions from his client.
Learned A.G.A. Sri S.K. Ojha has no objection to the same.
Consequently, the present bail application is being dismissed as withdrawn in the light of the submissions of Sri Niklank Kumar Jain who appears for the applicant.
