Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that a first information report has been lodged by one Deepak son of Chandra Mohan before Police Station- Kachhawan, DistrictMirzapur, being FIR No.0142 on 6.10.2021 at 14:40 hours against the applicant and two nominated accused with an allegation that the complainant happens to be running a grocery shop and on 11:25 hours, the neighbour of the applicant being one of the nominated accused was doing plaster, pursuant whereto, water sprinkled and in this regard there was a ruckus, pursuant whereto it has been mentioned that the accused Aditya Singh was having big scissors in his hand and so far as applicant is concerned, he was shown to be possessing knife, they stabbed and injured the son of the complainant. Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court towards the supplementary affidavit dated 14.2.2022 so as to contend that at page-6, copy of the statement of the injured Golu has been appended, as he has drawn the attention of this Court towards last four lines of page-6 of the supplementary affidavit, so as to contend that the role of causing injuries has been extended to Aditya and not to the applicant herein.
