1.Heard Sri Kaushal Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar Shukla, the learned State Counsel and perused the record.
2.The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 398 of 2022, under Sections 452, 395, 412, 120-B, 342 I.P.C., P.S. Naimandi, District Muzaffarnagar.
3.The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an FIR lodged on 06.08.2022 alleging that a robbery was committed by four unknown persons threatening the informant's wife with a weapon and tying her hands with tape. The police claimed that on the basis of an informant received from a Mukhbir, the names of seven persons, including the applicant, came to light who were allegedly involved in the incident and on the basis of the information, the applicant and three other accused persons were arrested on 08.08.2022 and Rs. 3500/- were recovered from the applicant.
4.The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the co-accused Nawab, Shahzad, Rihan and Ajay Dhangar have already been granted bail by means of orders dated 12.12.2022, 08.12.2022 and 29.11.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Applications No. 56477 of 2022, 56543 of 2022, 46010 of 2022 and 52853 of 2022 respectively.
