Learned counsel for the applicant submits that present F.I.R. relates to money transaction. Allegations in the FIR, in brief, is that the applicant duped the informant. After lodging of F.I.R., the applicant and the informant Arjun Singh entered into an agreement. It is further submitted that based upon the agreement, this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 11805 of 2022 provided protection to the applicant vide order dated 21.11.2020 and despite of the same, the applicant was apprehended. It is further submitted that terms of agreement which has been entered into between the parties can be enforced when the applicant is released on bail. It is further submitted that taking note of the pending cases i.e. 15 including the present case, the co-accused Meenu Sain has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 17.02.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5209 of 2022 which also relates to the same issue. It is also stated that in similar cases i.e. Case Crime No. 526 of 2019, 558 of 2019 and 682 of 2019, the applicant has also been released on bail vide orders dated 16.02.2022, 07.04.2022 and 24.03.2022, respectively. As such, the applicant is also entitled to be released on bail.
