incident he was present in his hospital all day and he has no concern with the alleged offence. It is further submitted that Investigating Officer has submitted final report against coaccused Dr. Pankaj, who was also named in the F.I.R. and submitted the charge-sheet against the accused-applicant. It is further submitted that there are general allegations and a concocted and false story has been set up by the prosecution whereas the applicant has not committed any offence as alleged. He next submits that co-accused persons namely, Yogendra alias Baniya, Banti alias Mohan, Bharat Singh, Bharat Singh alias Bharat, Jogendra, Smt. Sarita Ranjeet @ Ranjeet Kumar and Dheeraj have been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated 10.6.2021, 21.6.2021, 28.6.2021, 28.6.2021, 1.7.2021, 19.7.2021, 19.7.2021 and 26.7.2021 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 22264 of 2021, 22899 of 2021, 21249 of 2021, 23045 of 2021, 22166 of 2021, 22422 of 2021, 23665 of 2021 and 24512 of 2021 respectively. The applicant seeks parity. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed forth before the Court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused have also been touched upon at length. The applicant is languishing in jail since 8.9.2022. Criminal history of two cases except the present case has been duly explained in para 3 of the supplementary affidavit, and in one case the applicant has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2022, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36747 of 2022 and in another case final report against the applicant has been submitted by the Investigating Officer. He undertakes that he will not misuse the liberty, if granted, therefore, he may be released on bail. It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required.
