injured Deepak, no bony injury was seen in X-ray report. In the present FIR, general allegations have been levelled against all the accused persons. Perusal of the statement of injured persons and other witnesses shows that no specific role has been assigned to any of the accused persons. Learned counsel for the applicants further submitted that an information was given to the police by one Ashok Kumar regarding the incident, which took place on the same day i.e. 07.10.2019 between the present informant Deepak and Narendra, (brother of Ashok Kumar), but no action was taken in the matter. Thereafter, an application dated 11.11.2019 was moved by Ashok Kumar to the S.S.P. Shamli, on which FIR was registered on 24.11.2019 against the informant of the present case and other family members as Case Crime No. 251 of 2019 under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 452, 504 and 506 IPC. It is next contended that there is no chance of the applicants of fleeing away from the judicial process or tampering with the prosecution evidence.The applicants are languishing in jail since 22.07.2022. The applicants do not have any criminal history to their credit. In case, the applicants are released on bail, they will not misuse the liberty of bail.
