Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that a first information report has been lodged by one Sri Dharmendra Yadav before P.S. Pooranpur, District Pilibhit being FIR no. 0431 on 8.7.2021 at 22:37 hours in the night in above noted sections regarding commission of the offence of cow slaughtering and the fact that the applicant has in his possession, the countrymade pistol and he also fired from it, however, the police personnel could save themselves. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that he has been falsely implicated in the case in question, as there was no independent witnesses and the entire prosecution story so sought to have been propagated is a bundle of lies. However, learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court towards paragraph-17 of the paper book so as to contend that there are three criminal cases shown against the applicant being Case Crime no.233/2020, Case Crime no.429/2021, Case Crime no. 430 of 2021 in which cases, applicant has been enlarged on bail by order dated 21.5.2020, 23.7.2021 and 28.7.2021, respectively, and further learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court towards the supplementary affidavit dated 28.1.2022 explaining other cases, being Case Crime nos.105 of 2020, 157 of 2020,118/2019 and
