Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the records.

This bail application has been moved by the accused-applicant- Mandeep for grant of bail, in case Crime No. 409 of 2022, under Sections 504, 506, 427, 436, 380 I.P.C., Police Station Baraut, District Baghpat, during trial.

As per the F.I.R. allegation co-accused Ankur had a dispute with the informant on 10.05.2022 and he threatened the complainant and on 11.5.2022 at about 5 P.M. Ankur called from his mobile number and threatened to kill the complainant. On the same day at around 9 pm, Ankur and the accused hit the complainant's shop with a tractor and broke the shutter and damaged the aluminum glass, camera, camera screen, laptop etc. kept in the shop and ran away after stealing 55 thousand from the vault. On 25.5.2022 an agreement had taken place between the parties in front of Pradan of the village, in which co-accused Ankur apologized and asked to return the stolen money. On 14.5.2022, when the complainant made a call on the accused's mobile as per the compromise, the accused persons threatened that they would set complainant's shop on fire. And after that they set complainant's shop on fire.
