Rahul v. State of U.P.
Case brief
What is this about?
In a bail application under Sections 498A and 304B IPC, the High Court rejected the plea of Rahul, charged in his wife's death by suicide, finding no grounds for release due to suspicious circumstances and failure to rebut presumption of dowry death. The court, per incuriam, dismissed the application without detailed engagement with precedent standards.
What did the court decide?
Bail application dismissed; applicant held in custody.
