Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that a first information report has been lodged by one Shubham son of Devicharan before P.S. Kurara, District Hamirpur, being FIR No. 37 of 2021 under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C, on 31.1.2021 at 21:26 hours relatable to commission of offence on 31.1.2021 against the applicant and one nominated co-accused and two unnamed persons with an allegation that on 31.1.2021 at 06:30 hours, the complainant Shubham son of Devicharan was going to his field for sprinkling water and whereat a ruckus was created and also beating was administered and in this regard, complainant had gone to police station for lodging of the FIR along with his uncle Gaya Prasad and brother Rahul. However, when they were returning and reached near the temple, applicant along with other co-accused and nominated co-accused obstructed them and the applicant fired a shot and pursuant whereto injured Rahul sustained injury on his left elbow joint. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case in question as he has also sustained injuries, though they are simple in nature. Learned counsel for the applicant has further drawn the attention of this Court towards the supplementary affidavit dated 9.10.2021 so as to contend that he has criminal history of 15 cases being Case Crime Nos. 114 of 1991, 149 of 2018, 742 of 2007, 746 of 2007, 747 of 2007, 1062 of 2015,
