Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of U.P. and perused the record.
The second bail application has been filed by the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.254 of 2018, under Sections 354B, 376 and 511 of IPC and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Kotwali Kannauj, District -Kannauj.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not propose to file any rejoinder affidavit and he proceeded argument on merits. When query was made as to what is new ground for enlarging the applicant on bail, he failed to point out the same. Therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.
