1. Heard Sri Saurabh Tripathi, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, the learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.

1. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2022, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 Police Station Shiwala Kala, District Bijnor during pendency of the trial in the Court below.

1. The gang charge mentions five cases against the applicant, in all of which the applicant has already been granted bail and the copies of the bail orders passed in the cases mentioned in the gang chart have been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.

In the supplementary affidavit filed in support of the bail application, it has been stated that apart from the cases mentioned in the gang chart, applicant is also involved in Case Crime No. 56 of 2019, under Sections 379, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Mandawali, District Bijnor, he has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by means of an order dated 23.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21682 of 2019.
