Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

It is submitted that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case being friend of co-accused Ishtekar & Imran. Incident is said to have taken place on 21.11.2021 at about 8:00 P.M. in the night when there arose dispute between the accused persons and injured Usman, Sakib & Asif in which co-accused persons including this applicant assaulted with lathi, danda and sharp edged weapon. It is further submitted that injured persons Usman, Sakib & Asif have stated in their statement before the I.O. that co-accused Ishtekar caused injuries to them with knife. In this way, the role of causing injuries with sharp edged weapon has been assigned to coaccused Ishtekar but not to this applicant. Co-accused Imran has already been granted bail by the court and case of this applicant is similar to that of co-accused. There is no any criminal history against the applicant. Applicant is languishing in jail since 16.11.2021 and in case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in trial.
