Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of U.P. and perused the record.

The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 0015 of 2022, under Sections- 307 and 34 IPC, Police Station- Chandinagar, District- Bagpat.

The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that coaccused Ravi @ Ravindra Dhaka, against whom the allegations of causing injury have been levelled in the FIR itself, has already been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 10946 of 2022, a copy of bail order of co-accused placed before this Court is taken on record. The case of applicant is on better footing to that of co-accused. In these circumstances, the applicant is also entitled to bail.

Learned A.G.A., however, opposed the prayer for grant of bail but he has not disputed the above contention made by the learned counsel for the accused-applicant including that coaccused has been granted bail.
