The allegations in the First Information Report is that the applicant, who is an employee of the informant's petrol pump, has not deposited an amount of Rs.2,32,000/- in bank. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Counsel for the applicant submits that the allegations in the First Information Report is false and fabricated, money was not given to the applicant for depositing in bank. Since the applicant had demanded his salary, on that account he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He next argued that the applicant was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 08.09.2020, copy of the bail order has been annexed as Annexure-5 with the bail application. There is no prospect of trial of the present case being concluded in near future. The applicant is not a previous convict. The applicant is in jail since 05.01.2022 and in case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail, if granted and co-operate in trial.
