Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This is second bail application moved on behalf of applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 631 of 2021, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Sardhana, District Meerut.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is contended that false recovery of 50 kgs beef has been recovered from the joint possession of the three accused persons. It is further submitted that co accused Shahnawaz and Vakeel have already been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc Bail Application No. 50931 of 2021, 4625 of 2022 vide orders dated 11.03.2022 30.3.2022 respectively. The applicant claims parity. Applicant is in jail since 15.09.2021.
On the other hand, learned A.G.A. opposes the application for bail. He submits that the investigation is now complete and the charge sheet has been filed.
