peace. The applicant prays for the departed soul. Shri Arvind Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicant further contends that for the purposes of the bail application, it has to be stated that the deceased was an obstinate and a temperamental lady. She was prone to extreme reactions even on minor disagreements. On the fateful day, in a fit anger, she took extreme step of taking her life. The post mortem report corroborates that the deceased committed suicide. The cause of death recorded in the post mortem report is asphyxia due to ante mortem hanging. No abnormality was detected in the Hyoid bone. There is a gap in the ligature mark on the back. P.W.1 is the informant and the father of the deceased has refuted the prosecution case in his testimony before the learned trial court. P.W.1 has clearly deposed before the learned trial court that the deceased was never tortured nor any dowry demands were made. The deceased had committed suicide in a fit anger. The P.W.1 has since been declared hostile in the proceedings before the learned trial court. Apart from the instant case, the applicant does not have any criminal history. Lastly it is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant shall not abscond, and will fully cooperate in the criminal law proceedings. The
