After some argument, Shri Anuj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to move a regular bail application and avail any other legal remedy as may be advised.
Shri Nafees Ahmad, learned A.G.A. does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The anticipatory bail application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
