Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.

The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of applicants under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0029 of 2020, under Sections 363, 366, 120-B, 376D of the Indian Penal Code and 5(G)/6 Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, registered at Police StationMaharajganj, District- Azamgarh, till the conclusion of the trial directly before this Court.

After some arguments learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application.

The instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate application before the court of competent.
