Heard Mr. Ramesh Kumar Saxena, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Ajay Sengar, learned counsel for complainant/informant.

Both sides have submitted that it is a cross case and in the alleged incident both sides have received injuries for which both sides have lodged FIR against each other.

Mr. Sengar, learned counsel for the informant has submitted that it is a better case for regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions advanced, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed with liberty to the applicants to move regular bail before the court below. In case, the regular bail application is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
