Heard Sri Saurabh Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State are present and perused the material on record.

The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, namely, Sri Niwas and Amar Pal in Case Crime No. 1167 of 2021, under Sections 147, 323, 352, 308 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station - Shahbad, District - Rampur, till the conclusion of the trial, after rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applicants by In-charge Sessions Judge, Rampur, vide order dated 21.03.2022.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file a regular bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.

In case bail application is filed by the learned counsel for the applicants, the same shall be decided in accordance with the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
