Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he be permitted to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application with permission to move appropriate application before the subordinate court with the same relief.
Learned A.G.A. would have no objection to the request made by learned counsel for the applicant.
Having regard to the request made by learned counsel for the applicant, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The certified copy, if any, has been filed by the applicant, the same shall be returned to learned counsel for the applicant by retaining a copy of the same.
