Sri Mohd. Faisal Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ankit Srivastava, learned counsel for the State are present.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this anticipatory bail application with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court and apply for anticipatory bail in the light of law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ankit Bharti vs. State of U.P. & Another in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No. 1094 of 2020 .

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty without any opinion on the merits of the case.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad.

The computer generated copy of such order shall be self attested by the counsel of the party concerned.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
